Trick:
When comparing 2 things/persons, we use comparative form (adj +-er than/more + adj + than). When comparing more than 3 things/persons onward, we use superlative form (the adj +-est/the most + adj).
For example :
No. 1 compares this time and next time.
No. 2 compares with every days of my life.
No. 3 compares inside with outside.
No. 4 compares that bit of the film with the rest of the film.
No. 5 compares Tokyo with the other cities.
No. 6 compares you from today with yesterday.
No. 7 compares that story with the other storied that I've heard.
No. 8 compares she with me.
No. 9 compares Dave with the other people.
No. 10 compares the last question with the other questions.
